Michelle Bezubiak's Class

My name is Michelle Bezubiak and this is my fifth year teaching with Edmonton Catholic schools.  For my first four years, I taught at St. Dominic school teaching Early Childhood in the morning and grades 1 through 6 in the afternoon.  This year I moved to St. Monica School in the Riverbend community.  This school is amazing!  The whole school is Early Childhood and grade 1.  There are 4 classes of Early Childhood with 3 teachers and three grade 1 classes.  I am very fortunate to work with all of these talented teachers.  I teach Early childhood in the morning and grade 1 in the afternoon.  Carol Vaage, Pat Opyr and myself have been working collaboratively to enrich the experiences for all of the kindergarten children.  The children have had experiences in all three of the kindergarten classes. I believe this really sets the atmosphere for learning because the students can see the collaboration and know that they come first.  St. Monica School has a very supportive community, administration and staff; we are all fortunate to be a part of this wonderful school.
